The Senate Judiciary Committee approved Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to the Supreme Court in a testy hearing today. The full Senate is slated to vote as early as next week on his confirmation.

Plus, more than 13,000 immigrants, mostly Chinese, may be at risk of being deported. These are people who were all granted asylum years ago...but the government is now scrutinizing their cases.

And, educators say sexual violence education in K-12 settings must address perpetrators.
