Jack London State Park’s Plowing Day Offers a Look into the Past

May 23, 2016

Once a year visitors to Jack London State Historical Park can experience how the famed adventurer and writer lived as a farmer in the Valley of the Moon. This year the event, known as Plowing Play Day, was part of a summer-long celebration of the 100th anniversary of London’s death. KRCB’s Tiffany Camhi was there.

Free wagon rides pulled by Percheron draft horses were a part of the attractions on Plowing Play Day.
