Latino Voting Patterns in Santa Rosa

 Santa Rosa’s Latino population has been growing markedly over the past 20 years, yet they remain sharply under-represented in local government. A new study digs into the reasons behind those results.

Even by California standards, Sonoma County is a strongly liberal and Democratic region. And that regional context, found David Selby, also affects the political inclinations of the local Latino population.
