Marin Audubon Society Sues County Over Trail Plan

A fight over how to best use public open space land in Marin County is coming to a head. Caught in the middle is the Northern Spotted Owl, a federally listed endangered species. KRCB's Tiffany Camhi reports. 

Old-growth forest in Marin County has been identified as critical habitat for the Northern Spotted Owl by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
