Nick Lowe has been making music for over 50 years, with highlights like "Cruel to Be Kind" and "What's So Funny 'Bout Peace, Love, and Understanding," which his friend and longtime collaborator Elvis Costello famously covered. Lately, the instrumental rockabilly band Los Straightjackets has been backing Lowe on tour, and it was only natural they'd record an album together. They're all in the studio today to play a live set from the new EP, Tokyo Bay/Crying Inside.
