North Bay Monarchs Making a Slow Comeback

  Now is a great time to see Northern California’s Monarch Butterflies as they begin their migration inland to warmer climates. And we may be seeing more of them this year. But as KRCB’s Tiffany Camhi reports, the overall Monarch population is still in bad shape.
