The County of Sonoma Recovery Resources section will help you on your way to recover from the Fire disaster. 

Local Assistance Center

The County of Sonoma and City of Santa Rosa have opened a Local Assistance Center as a one-stop resource for residents who have been impacted by the fires. Services include FEMA, DMV, Red Cross, child care, housing assistance, and others.

The Center is located at the Press Democrat building, 427 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa (between Ross and 5th Streets.) Hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.  (last entry at 6 p.m.) no donations accepted at this site.

Returning to Your Home After the Fire

Please consider these safety tips when returning a fire-damaged area. Do not attempt to return until mandatory evacuation orders are lifted.

Food Safety after Fire

Eating food that has been involved in a fire can be dangerous and may cause illness to you and your family. Use extreme caution when trying to save food after a fire.

Disaster Recovery Housing Resources

The Permit Sonoma Planning Division and Sonoma County Community Development Commission are offering housing resource assistance for people who have been displaced by the wildfires in unincorporated Sonoma County.
