KRCB Music Mornings with Brian Griffith

Weekday Mornings, 9AM-Noon

On top of great music for your weekday mornings, Brian has artist interviews and live in-studio performances as well as hourly NPR news.

Rounder Records artist Sierra Hull stops by Studio A at KRCB-FM Radio 91 Friday, May 5th in the 2 o'clock hour, to chat with Brian about her show at Sweetwater Music Hall & Cafe in Mill Valley. The show is Friday night at 8:00 pm. Her album WEIGHTED MIND, produced by Bela Fleck is available now on Rounder Records.

Travianna Records recording artist Pi Jacobs will be stopping by Studio A, Friday morning May 5th at 10:30 am. She will chat with Brian about her new album A LITTLE BLUE, and her show at Redwood Cafe in Cotati on Saturday at 8:30 pm. Maybe she'll even share a song or two with us!

Trip Hunter, CEO of the Silicon Valley Comic Con, will be chatting with Brian on the Radio Wednesday morning at 9:30 am on KRCB-FM!

Amilia K Spicer will be stopping by Studio A to chat with Brian Griffith, Wednesday morning in the 10:00 am hour.

From her website:

"It may be her haunting, husky voice that first grabs a listener, the way it glides over melodies like smoke, but it’s the songwriting that Spicer really wants you to hear - The turns of phrases, the wistful poetry, the smart (and sometimes smart aleck) lyrics. They are intimate and visual, like walking into a movie. There is an edge, a turbulence, in many of the places Amilia writes about, but not all of them.

Mouths of Babes,  Ty Greenstein and Ingrid Elizabeth, stop by Studio A to share some music and chat with Brian Griffith about their Bay Area shows - Thursday morning on KRCB-FM Radio 91!

Mouths of Babes perform at the Mystic Theater in Petaluma on Friday March 24th at 8:30 pm; and on Sunday March 26th at Freight and Salvage in Berkeley at 7:oo pm.

Join KRCB-FM tonight at 8:00 pm for a special 2-hour concert by Band of Heathens! It was recorded live in the Abbey at Hopmonk Tavern in Sebastopol, this past October, and is hosted by KRCB-FM's Brian Griffith. Band of Heathens has a new album out now called "Duende" - and you can check them out here
