Testing Requirements Post-July 1 May Put Small Cannabis Shops Out of Business

New rules come into effect on July 1 mandating testing of cannabis sold at dispensaries around California. Shops are getting rid of untested products before the deadline, resulting in big sales through the end of Saturday.

Many worry that these new rules will worsen the business climate for smaller players and accelerate the move toward consolidation. Corinne Smith reports.
